This immersive five-week program is designed to elevate your technical and teaching capabilities to the highest level, helping you succeed in the CSIA Level 3 exam. Led by Rookie Academy’s head trainer Guy Dale, the course is delivered in three key phases:
CSIA Level 3 Pre-Course (Six Days)
We begin with six intensive days of targeted training. This initial phase builds a strong technical foundation and sharpens your understanding of the CSIA Level 3 standards—setting you up for success in the weeks ahead.
Elite Camp (Two Weeks)
Next, you’ll join our elite training block at Treble Cone, where you’ll train across varied terrain and challenging snow conditions. This is where you test your limits and learn to perform to the Level 3 standard—even on your toughest days. It’s a demanding, high-output period designed to build consistency and adaptability.
Final Training and Exam (Two Weeks)
In the final phase, we focus on polishing your skiing and teaching. Through performance-focused training and simulated teaching scenarios, you’ll refine your technique, elevate your communication, and prepare for the two-day CSIA Level 3 exam. This is your chance to take full ownership of your skiing and emerge as a confident, versatile instructor.
