Our Rookies Job Ready Camp is a five-day training course designed to prepare you to hit the ground running as one of the best new-hire instructors in our partner ski schools across Japan.

Looking for an unforgettable winter season? Start it off strong with the Rookies Job Ready Camp. You’ll share your passion for skiing or riding with awesome guests every day while working at one of our carefully matched partner resorts in Hokkaido or Honshu. Along the way, you’ll create lasting friendships and unforgettable memories.

This five-day course is tailored to meet the unique needs of Japanese ski schools. Training areas include:

Non-Refundable Deposit Terms

Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your place; 6.5% of that amount is treated as a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 60 days or more before departure, we refund the balance after deducting the 6.5% deposit and any bank or currency-conversion fees. Cancellations made 30–59 days out receive a 25% refund (we retain 75% plus fees), and cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Only one discount or promotional offer can be applied per booking unless we expressly state otherwise.
