Rookie Academy gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in full or in part. Once purchased, the value of the gift card is final and may not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Gift cards may be used only toward Rookie Academy courses and camps. If a programme price changes, the gift card remains valid for its purchased value.

If a participant changes or cancels their booking for any reason, the gift card amount will not be refunded, but may be applied to another eligible Rookie Academy programme in the future, subject to availability and current booking terms.

The value loaded on the card is in New Zealand dollars.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase third-party services, lift passes, accommodation, transport, or equipment.
