Immerse yourself in a month-long training journey across two continents. Develop dynamic skills and train to become a professional ski instructor on the perfect pistes of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Austria and the unique Rusutsu Resort in Japan.
You'll learn the essentials of ski instructing and receive expert guidance from the SIA as you prepare for your exam in Austria. After completing your exam, all participants will travel with some of your trainers to Japan. There, you'll join the Rookie Academy Job Ready Camp, gaining real-life experience and setting yourself up for success as a first-time ski instructor.
Once your training and exams are complete, you'll work at one of Japan’s top snow sports schools in either Hokkaido (North Island) or Honshu (Main Island).
