Designed for high-level instructors preparing for PSIE Level 3 or Level 4, this intensive programme delivers elite technical refinement, advanced movement analysis, and exam-focused preparation to the highest international standard. The camp integrates multi-system assessment alignment and continuous feedback, drawing on Jamie’s extensive experience across multiple international instructor systems.

This 2-week Elite Camp provides a structured, progressive training environment focused on elite skiing across a full range of terrain and conditions, advanced performance diagnosis, and teaching precision aligned with PSIE criteria. Training is cumulative across both weeks, allowing time for skill acquisition, consolidation, and consistent high-level performance.

Jamie Kagan

Jamie has over 20 years’ experience in the snowsports industry, having worked in Canada, Switzerland, New Zealand, Japan and China. He owns and operates a ski school and training centre, Sommet et Neige, in Haute Nendaz, Switzerland.

Jamie is a two-time Interski demo team member and served as a coach during his tenure as Head of Education for IASI. He holds the highest level of certification across multiple systems, including PSIA Level 4, CSIA Level 4, IASI Level 4, Swiss Brevet Fédéral and the French Carte Professionnelle. He is also one of the co-founders of PSIE (Professional Ski Instructors of Europe).

Jamie’s goal is to deliver passion and inspiration in every session, helping his students and clients gain greater technical understanding, increased confidence, and the skills to achieve their personal goals.
