Rookie Academy’s Level 4 PSIE/PSIC Start Up Camp is the highest level of ski instruction. Designed for Level 3 instructors aiming to reach the pinnacle of their profession, it helps refine technique and elevate teaching to the highest level. Held at Rusutsu Resort, Hokkaido, this programme provides expert coaching and high-performance training, along with the opportunity to pursue dual certification in PSIE and PSIC.

Join this intensive 6-day camp and ski with world-class trainers to fine-tune your skiing, coaching, and movement analysis. If you’re ready, after the Start Up Camp you’ll undertake a 4-day Level 4 Evaluation, assessing your ability to ski and teach at the highest industry standards.

If you’d like additional preparation, optional Elite Camps at Rusutsu offer advanced training focused on technical skiing and high-level instructing. These three-day camps are an ideal way to sharpen your skills and build confidence ahead of the exam.

Non-Refundable Deposit Terms

Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your place; 6.5% of that amount is treated as a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 60 days or more before departure, we refund the balance after deducting the 6.5% deposit and any bank or currency-conversion fees. Cancellations made 30–59 days out receive a 25% refund (we retain 75% plus fees), and cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Only one discount or promotional offer can be applied per booking unless we expressly state otherwise.
