Take the hassle out of getting to the mountain each day with the Rookies Transport Pass.

This pass includes return transport between Rookies Accommodation and Treble Cone ski area, running Monday through Sunday.

Whether you’re training, teaching, or just heading up for a day on the slopes, our shuttle ensures a reliable and stress-free ride so you can focus on what matters most.

Transport is shared with other Rookies and runs on a set daily schedule.

Non-Refundable Deposit Terms

Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your place; 6.5% of that amount is treated as a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 60 days or more before departure, we refund the balance after deducting the 6.5% deposit and any bank or currency-conversion fees. Cancellations made 30–59 days out receive a 25% refund (we retain 75% plus fees), and cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Only one discount or promotional offer can be applied per booking unless we expressly state otherwise.

Additional Information

The transport pass will give you an access to lockers on the Treble Cone. You can leave your ski/snowboard gears on the hill.

Our transportation service operates 7 days a week between Wanaka CBD and Treble Cone.

Please note that this is not a door-to-door service. We have designated pick-up points around Wanaka, and participants will need to make their way to one of these locations.

A Transport Pass also includes complimentary locker room use at Treble Cone so you can leave your equipment on the mountain overnight.

If you're driving, you're welcome to park at the bottom of Treble Cone Road and take the free Treble Cone shuttle up the mountain.

We do not recommend using the Cardrona x Treble Cone town bus, only because it does not arrive in time for the start of training.
